Another day, another set of phones approaching the dreaded End-of-Life status. Tmo News reports several of T-Mobile‘s popular phones are nearing their EOL including the HTC Sensation 4G, HTC Amaze 4G, LG DoublePlay, LG MyTouch Q and the LG MyTouch. While it is not too surprising to see the LG MyTouch series and DoublePlay on the list, it is surprising to see the HTC phones listed– considering they are some of T-Mo’s more popular phones in its arsenal. Perhaps a certain sexy HTC phone we heard about recently is on its way sooner than we think to replace the losses?
No one is quite sure of the reasoning behind T-Mo’s decision. And while we have seen a few high-end T-Mobile devices set for a early release here and there, its upcoming lineup is looking otherwise sparse and limited. Here’s hoping T-Mobile surprises us with a couple of high-end devices for the year.
