Debuted at AT&T’s developer summit at CES 2012 was the Samsung Galaxy Note hybrid of a doohickey; being part phone, part small tablet with a stylus pen. Today AT&T announced it will start pre-orders February 5th and it will be available on February 19th for $299.99 with two year contract.

The Galaxy Note has a 5 inch HD Super AMOLED touchscreen (1280×800), signature S Pen for writing notes anywhere on the screen, capable of AT&T’s 4G LTE mobile broadband network, ships in carbon blue and ceramic white, and is a functional phone as well.
